Assignment 1
Predecent Study - Essay

My group which consists of Liong Lee Yee, Lim Su Ying and Na Ji-Yeon have chosen Temple of Segesta as the Greek architecture for our predecent study for the whole semester. The first assignment require us to write an essay which is a study and a detailed analysis of the temple which we have chosen. Through this assignment, we have understood a lot about this uncovered temple in Italy, and also the basic timeline of a greek architecture.Here's the full essay that we have written . Enjoy!

Assignment 2
Analysis Presentation Board

In this assignment it is individual work. We were required to use the analysis information we collected for assignment 1, and present them using more of visuals or drawings on a presentation board. The presentation board are to be hand-drawn. I have chosen the topic "Form and Shape" of the building thus my presentation board is all about the form and shape of Temple of segesta. Through this assignment I have understood better and more detailed on the structure of the temple. and greek architecture.

Assignment 3
Model Making
​​
In this assignment we were required to make a model of the Temple of Segesta using only balsa wood as our material. We have chosen to show the floor plan, front and side elevations, front and side sections, and details of the Temple with our model. The size of the model are to be (30 x 30 x 10)cm. Through this assignment we understood more on the little details of the temple, and also on how the temple was built. It was really unbelievable to imagine how the ancient people built this temple on a 1:1 scale.

Assignment 4
Presentation
In this assignment we were required to do a final presentation of all the assignment that we have done for this subject throughout the whole of the semester. Thus, we have learnt to improve our presentation skills and also expanded our knowledge even more on the Temple of Segesta.
